HARRY & KATHLEEN DID IT AGAIN

It was a great day for a walk in the park, catching up with friends we haven’t seen in a while.

Aside from a few politicians, two neurologists from University Hospital (one of whom treats Harry) spoke about the exciting new developments for ALS treatment and research. This was good news for the many individuals with ALS and their families.

Harry was very moved that so many people came out to support him. His wife Kathleen and a few volunteers hosted a big luncheon for us all at their place. Attached is a picture of us at the luncheon. Harry and Kathleen are front and centre.

Harry’s team, the Forest City Rollers, raised over $38,000 this year. This was about a third of all the money raised from across London, and over ten times the amount raised by the next largest team. This couldn’t have happened for a more caring and generous guy.

I often joke with Kathleen that her and Harry know everyone. She denies this. But they sure know a lot of people and many that love and care for them.

A big thank you to all who attended and donated. It was very much appreciated.

Until next time, let our warm hearts soar!

And thank you for caring that little bit extra – it really makes a big difference.
